Early this morning I logged on to blog to encounter a raft of improvements.
Useful tabs had vanished completely - Recent Posts along with Groups.
No more Buzz or Featured Blogs - Who’s on Line etcetera whatever!
I followed the Link to recent posts - Ninety percent were spam.
All in all I can’t help feeling that Blog UK has lost it’s way!
Is it just me - Am I overreacting - Did somebody mention Tags?

Pro No, it's not just you, BCUK have just annoyed about 90% of their members with this. I now know at least 2 people who have cancelled their subscriptions over this and 3 more who are considering it.
The announcement about this was hidden in a group blog that not everyone reads, and was both incomplete and incorrect. The tag limit is now, apparently 15:

Pro you're not overeacting, i cancelled my subscription over it. there's no point in paying for a higher quality blogging experience when they just turn around and do this.

Nope..Ya not over reacting!I too am very annoyed at these 'improvement's' ..I beleive that was the word used by B.C.U.K..
No Buzz..A tag limit..deletion of tags..Way too much spam..I could go on!
If things don't go back to the way they were before..I fear many will 'jump ship' as to say! xx

I'm still gonna blog, I find it therapeutic as much as anything, am annoyed they've made changes without any thought, but how is it different to politicians, employees and god knows who else who think they know best? Giving up on blog would be like giving up on life.
