Does any one have a number for the Head Office in London, the one I have, 0207 699 5000 seems to not be fuctioning. I want to talk to ROBIN DICKIE, the managing Director, Personal Customers. His cell phone would be even better!

Tom I have no time to wait for written responses! Hence the call for a working telephone number.

Presumably you'll be wanting a landline. Tried saynoto0870.com?

Good luck getting hold of him! Ringing head office sounds like a fine idea though. If you can't get the top man, try a bit lower down the chain and see how high you can work up it. Each link you get to, give them a few minutes before saying "I'm not happy with your response, can I please speak to your line manager".
You could write a letter too?
