If a song has a special beginning like the piano in "Could it be Magic" by Barry Manilow (which I still think is an outstanding song), it's called an Intro.
What is a special ending called? (also on "Could it be Magic")
An Extro? An Exit? Something else?

Pro I would call a specially composed ending a 'Coda'.
outro is commonly used...the 'exit' as it were;
coda (Italian, tail) a 'section of a movement added on to the end as a rounding off device'.
I look it up..to give the exact definition;
codetta - 'little tail'...this does for a section of a movement what coda does for a movement!

How about a climax?
I think that is a particular sort of ending that can apply to some pieces of music as well as the better known activity in a completely different context!
