Seems so daft to me lol.

its that annoying time in your life where your scratching your head and wondering which career to choose and im stuck. ive always had a clear vision of what i want but now there are complications so would you guys mind shedding some light here?

well i wanted to do journalism but ill be moving to Australia hopefully (im in srilanka at the moment) and the prospects there are not so good. mass media is not encouraged at all and thats not the kind of thing i would care about really but my parents are paying for my education after all and my dad is fussing to let me do anything that doesnt give me a proper job opportunity. i dont actually know how true this is cz i know for a fact that the people on my end are hell bent against letting me do journalism and also mass media is huge in aussie. i know this as a fact. now telling this to my folks...gah!

but after a lot of haggling and shouting on this end they are kind of letting me go ahead with literature but i dont know how good lit is in australia. hmmm and i want to go to a place where the course is really good and challenging...

law is out even though i apparently have very good argumentative skills and blah blah and so is everything to do with mathematics cz i cant manage numbers to save my life or yours!
economics is my nemesis and so there is no way i will choose anything to do with the business world.

i could go for designing but...its something i do as a hobby. i would love go pro with my art but fashion designing is the option im given here...err..no thanx.

philosophy im planning on doing next to lit but i unfortunately cant apply for monash and am restricted only to brisbane cz thats where my family will be (which is why im hell reluctant to go to aussie and at the same time i want to get out of srilanka too)

so anything you guys can help me with?????????

oh and i want to somehow or the other get a schol in some good uni for lit cz my results for lit are quite good..ive finished my a/s level and scored 87% on literature so if i can get better marks for my a/ls (im aiming for above 90%) perhaps i can get into some good uni? i frankly dont care where, i just want to get away from everyone here...and if i get a schol i can perhaps work my way into the place...so..people..help! hehe...

and sorry if im not making any sense..hmm ive got a huge ass deadline in two days...

p.s. im fascinated with the idea of going to ireland (dublin) even though the accents will be a bit hard to manage!
