Im from a big family...I have 6 sibling's...Who all Have children...My best freind's all have children...Lots of them..And...I have children too...every month is like that 
For me its April and August ...

yes most of the people I know are having birthdays around now too
It's May and June for me, we have a large family and I'd say 90% of birthdays fall in these months, with the remainder being February. That's it!
May you return to the same day many times. It might have something to do with the sun rising (returning) to the same point on the horizon on the same day every year.
28th February- 2nd April covers almost all the significant women in my life!

As for many happy returns - it means many returns of your birthday, surely, ie: have a long life.
