rhter ford hypothesis is that there are a electron, proton and nutron in atom. Ecletron move outside of nucleus and protron and nutron lies in nuccleus.
Vivek Hypotesis is that electron is the part of proton and that is why ,it moves around the nucleus and proton is the part of nutron.
If someone ask me how you imagine this i will say how rutherford imagine that . while electron could not see by any machine.

you should have knowledge before comment on particlar topic.
the question is here is that is electron a part of proton?isa proton a part of nutron?-

you should pose a question correctly before expecting an answer.
Electrons and protons are made up of quarks which makes them similar- but in the sense of one being part of the either I disagree- I see an electron as a field of charge exterior to the nucleus of an atom. Which, as you know, is where the proton is found. They're opposites.. Certainly as far as my teaching of particle physics goes (which, admittedly, isn't very far) I'd say that you can't think of a proton and neautron as being part of each other as they're made of different types of elementary particles.
But anyway, I think you're probably after someone with a degree in physics.-

Thanks for comment and advise for clear pose of question. I will keep remember next time before asking any question.
Are red, blue green color part of white color?
although they have the different identity but they part of white color?
Are rivers part of oceans?
Are planet part of sun?
Are childerns part of parents?
yes .......yes.......yes.
so, difereces of neautron and proton not show that they are not part of each other.Sorry , if some question heart you any way. It was not my intetion.

Ok, my knowledge of physics is:
O2 is a mobile network provider...can i get a diploma with all this knowledge?
Now, about written English, though i'm Portuguese, i consider it is pretty good. So good that i don't see ANY question. Sorry, dude, i see an answer, that's what i understand of your...question. Also, questions, in english or any other language, tend to end with this symbol-> ?
You didn't asked us a question, you afirmed your point of view and very well...for my knowledge, i'd buy that.
Oh, btw, i got my diploma! Please, correct me if i'm wrong but...shouldn't it be NEUtrons, because they are the NEUtral ones? Not making fun...much...but sounded like nutrition related...-

congretulation ,
there are not necessary to getting diploma or degree to show knowledge. Thomas Alwa Addison never went to school, But he got more than 1000 patent for his reaserch.
This is not litrature site for which you loooking you spelling mistake or gramatical misktake .
Thanks for correction.

What's the question? This seems to be a series of statements without challenging anything.
