What happens to flies in winter?

They only have short life-spans, so die for winter. the new ones in spring develop from eggs left in...appropriate places.

Tom's right. They die off over winter and the next generation develop in their eggs until spring.

Some may hitch rides on the back of migrating birds

as long as they dont get to cold they un zip ck! if you have any trouble just put a dab of WD40 on them..
