The Credit Crunch has really hit my home town.
A local Bra company has gone bust. The Water Works has gone into liquidation. A Bed Linen manufacturer has folded. And I've just heard Toilets'R'Us has gone down the pan!
If you couldn't laugh, you'd have to cry!
Has anyone got any GOOD news?

yes,i got some good news.The government is paying 400 billion pounds of tax payer's money to the banks.
Never mind the small businesses and the general public,they may drown in the credit crunch.

Pro Thanks Saf. I'm going to write to Darling Gordon and ask him to take my £20,000 tax share out of the £50,000 he's promised to pay me if my Post Office savings book gets crunched up.
Little does he know I've only got thirteen shillings and fourpence halfpenny in it.
With the £30,000 difference I'm going to start a pawn-brokers. There's going to be a big demand for them soon.

Good news ? ~ Yeah , the new 007 movie released at the end of this month , nice warm weather at the moment , and radio controlled watches never need winding .
