Apparently, the general American public thinks that women are better leaders. Quite an important issue with the American election in mind.
But my own personal experience is that while working with women can be lots of fun, working for women is absolute horror.
Either women bosses are true bitches, don't support and/or stand up for their staff, and try to backstab you all the time
,
or they're completely indecisive and have no clear vision of what they (and their staff) need to achieve. Which means that we employees are running around in circles without getting the job done.
I prefer working for (and with) men.
