Aroma enigmatic

What is it that they put into baby cosmetic products? You know that there is that typical aroma to them, a really nice soft one.

And why don't we continue to use similar smells for adults?

  I don't have a full size bath. I might hunt for baby shower gel!

Mmmm ..

It’s never occurred to me before ..

But I don’t think I’ve ever smelt a baby.

In my mind their odour’s all pee and puke.

From you’re question I gather I’m wrong.

  As joebangles said, babies after a bath exude a fantastic smell.
  
  The reason I asked was that I was in the supermarket at silly o'clock in the early hours of the morning. I walked past the baby aisle and it was quite strong. And quite relaxing.

You are so right fairplay, the freshly bathed baby does smell lovely, it was a long time ago with my three but I remember it well, I suppose that it is not "adult" enough for us as we get older.
