I was bought up in a heavy Jazz background, and you learn to recognize when Jazz is being played - but it has escaped most people to be able to define exactly what Jazz is. Anyone care to try? Anyone care?

How do you do a handbrake turn?

In my list of things 'to do' one of these days, is a handbrake turn. So my question is this - have any of you ever done one of these? (on private ground of course, not the public highway
Perish the thought that I would ever suggest anything like that....
). Is it fun? And how do you do them?
Probably I'll never have the nerve to try it, (like hot-wiring the car, another 'to do' of mine) but it'd be interesting to learn more about it anyway!
